Terms of Service
Review the service terms that apply when a device is submitted for inspection, repair, or related support through CompSense.
Device Submission Terms
- Please verify if all the items including accessories of the machine that is handed over to COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, are listed in the material receipt.
- Repair estimate of the parts are suspected, in case during repair if we find some other problems will be treated as a new problem, we will intimate the same then processed.
- Physical verification of the material is only possible when it reaches to our workshop.
- All Software's and Data are of client responsibility; please backup all the data before submitting for repair.
- If laptop is not working, we cannot check other peripherals connected to laptop (Ex-HDD, ODD, KBD, SPK, Touchpad, other devices. So for this no claim will be entertained without charges.
- Inspection service charge of Rs 350 (Three fifty rupees) shall be chargeable in case if customer decline to take the service after the initial inspection.
- Only the mentioned fault will be checked & services warranty will be valid for mentioned faults only.
- We are not responsible for any data loss.
- Burnt laptops carry no warranty claim.
- Given cost estimation might change as the repair job progress.
- We are not responsible for any plastic part if broken during disassembling of the laptop.
- COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to dispose of any equipment which is not claimed by the customer within 45 days from the date of delivery notice given by COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. In such an event, the customer acknowledges that he/she shall have no claim against COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED in respect of such equipment, which is disposed off by COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED

- In case of motherboard issues your device might get dead while repairing
Liability
- COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED does not hold the responsibility for data/hardware/part loss during the repair job of your device.
Termination of Service
- COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to deny service to any person or entity at COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED's sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED may stop providing the App, the Site and/or the Service or restrict your use of the App, the Site and/or the Service at any time, without notifying you in advance, for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, for any violation of this ToU and/or if CompSense Technology Private Limited. suspects that you have used any aspect of the Service to conduct any fraudulent or illegal activity. If COMPSENSE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED disables your access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, your account details and/or any materials contained in your account.
Refund Policy
- Licensed Software: Antivirus & Installation: There will be no refund after installation of Any Antivirus Software
- Hardware Installation: There will be no refund after installation of any hardware.
- Service: There will be no refund after spending certain amount of time to provide certain service for any device.
